By accessing or using ChatAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use License
ChatAgent grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Modify or copy the service materials
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
- Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the service to another person or entity
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ChatAgent to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Collect user data without consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChatAgent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
ChatAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
